Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@wizeka.com. Please note that returns need to be sent to the merchant via email.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can contact us at service@wizeka.com

Damage and problems
Human Damage: If the knife is damaged due to human error or misuse, it is generally not eligible for a refund.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and then purchase the new item separately once your return has been accepted.
Overdue fine
If you deliver or pick up your order after the Return Deadline, you will be charged a late fee of 20% of the price of the item.
Refund
Human damage: If the knife is damaged due to human damage or misuse, it is usually not eligible for a refund.
Return Period Exceeded: Knives returned after the specified return period are generally not eligible for a refund.
Missing original packaging or accessories: If the knife is missing its original packaging or accessories, this may affect the viability of a refund.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund. If it

Before returning or exchanging an item, please contact our customer email address and provide your order number and name along with a detailed description of the issue.
Returns and exchanges are only valid within a certain time frame from the purchase date and will not be accepted outside of that time frame.
When returning a product, please ensure that the product is in good condition and is accompanied by your invoice or proof of purchase.
If the return is due to consumer reasons, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the consumer, and the specific fee depends on the courier company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or wrong due to our reasons, the consumer does not need to bear the shipping costs incurred.
